The new hires are being paid the relatively good for entry level.
You, however, you’re being paid way below what you deserve.
I’d suggest getting in touch with recruiters via LinkedIn or agencies, negotiating with them for the salary you consider appropriate so that you have a clear idea of your value on the current market. This process should take less than 3 weeks.

Are there specific projects you can point to that you played a key role in delivering? For my salary negotiations I take a two pronged approach:
1. List the projects I've worked on and what value they've added to the organization.
2. Use Glassdoor and other sites to get an idea of the market rate for my role.
You can take these two data points and have a serious conversation with your manager on why you think you should be paid higher.

New hires are ALWAYS paid higher because they are hired based on CURRENT market rates. You can pretty much calculate how far below you are based on the market rate when you were hired.
Ask HR for a compensation review. Provide 3-4 bullet points why you deserve a review (market rate, performance, etc). Take the data to your manager and negotiate the heck out of it.
