You are not a loser - you just may need to cast a wider net. Also, I would strongly recommend working with a professional resume writer. That can make all the difference in the world. Don't give up. Sounds like you've got some great experience. You'll find the right fit soon enough.
You are DEFINITELY not a loser. I think people just take different paths, and it doesn't mean you took the wrong one. I agree with PO1, think about how your past interviews and current resume. Maybe you just aren't selling yourself well, or speaking to the experience you have in training etc. They want to see hands on examples, so think of concrete ways you can connect your current experience to the role. I journaled around the questions they asked that I felt I messed up when I was interviewing, and what I would've said instead. It helped sort out my thoughts after each interview and made the next one go better.
You’re not a loser ! You should apply to Paris area I believe there is more opportunities there, good luck !
