You can try setting up a performance review and revisiting your salary but honestly I think your best bet is simply applying somewhere else
I would just job hop, it almost doubled my salary in 2 years
Seconded, loyalty is overrated imo. It hardly ever gets rewarded and you can find plenty of opportunities elsewhere
Do your research to understand what others in your field are making, prepare a strong case for why you deserve a raise, and be confident in your request. Don't be afraid to speak up and ask for a raise. The worst that can happen is that your employer says no.
Make a list of your accomplishments at the company and how they've benefited the company as a whole. Be prepared to talk about why you think you're worth more money and be ready to answer any questions the boss might have.
Ask for a raise directly, do not use the position of your colleagues because you should not compare yourself, so decide to go talk to your boss and give yourself your position.
It must have been a very uncomfortable situation for you, maybe you haven't been raised because they think you're comfortable with your current position, so you can go to your immediate boss's office and ask for a raise, it's not fair that people with less experience win more than you.
It would be good that before asking for a raise with that example (that of your colleagues with less experience but with better salary), ask why they earn more than you, it is clear that they will not give you a clear answer so they will surely give you a raise.
How unpleasant, it's as if they see your stupid face because even though they pay well, they offer a higher salary to a new worker so that he is loyal to the company, since they know that you are loyal they do not make an effort to reward you.
I am sure that if you go to the office of your immediate boss, your raise will be evaluated, and your salary will be increased. It is seen that your company cares about retaining employees and the best way is with good salaries, so if you show your confusion they will take it into account-
This happened to me recently too. I didn’t mention the coworkers I know who are making more but I made the conversation more about my performance and adjusting my salary to the market. I also told them what number I wanted. They came back with a slightly higher salary but still at a lower number than I know my colleagues with less experience make. I’m wondering why I am not worth as much to them. Have prepared my resume and am ready to consider other positions, but I don’t really want to leave my current job
