I've been working in pharma for 5 years and was promoted to AD in 2019 without a pay raise. I am looking for new opportunities now since I'm underpaid. I have strong client relation and leadership skills. Should I be looking for mid or senior level positions? Is senior AD the next level?

Does anyone know if you get a job at another IPG company if you are capped and can only get a 10-15 percent raise? Can they see what your current salary is?

My firm gave me a performance based hike this month - but after taxes and pension it\s only ~110$ more. I know I should be grateful about even earning and getting a raise during a pandemic, but realistically it's so low it wouldn't even change my current lifestyle

I'm graduating with a degree in Biology soon, but I had made a career vision change and find myself enjoying coding a lot. Are coding bootcamps worthit? I want to find a way to break into the tech field.

I am 25y/o and getting out of the Air Force after 4 years. Anyone done Product School’s certification & what was your experience? Was it worth it?

I have recently stepped into a contract role for T-Mobile, and walked away from a full time hire in a stable telecom operations role at another company. Is this a good move to work as a contractor? I have never done this before and instability is my worry. The money is better but is it worth not knowing how long this contract will keep renewing?
