When covid first hit, I was delighted to be working from home. My hours even improved. Now, because of some triggering events, I’m dealing with horrible panic attacks on the daily. I’m dissociating and can’t focus long enough to get work done. I JUST hit a year at this firm and am going on a one month stress leave. Worried I might not kick this mental state in that time. Any advice as to what I can do while on leave so I can come back focused and ready to work?

Any quitted big 4 right after a year? I got delayed with good rating but with the reason of not getting enough experiences (I took 3 months study leave). I also got assigned to busy files and for 70% of my file I worked till 10/11. Since WFH starts I completely lost the boundary of work/life and got depressed.

Feeling underpaid for the work I’m producing and taking on. I recognize agencies notoriously under pay lower level employees, but I feel at this point I’m worth so much more. I use Flo, last possible ovulation we did our thing pretty much daily. I’m currently 3 days late. I’ve taken 4 tests and all were negative. I’m recently getting over covid too. The reason I threw that in is bc I’m not sure My “symptoms “ are early pregnancy or lingering covid// symptoms:weird spells of nausea ( I never get nauseas) weird cramps that don’t feel like period cramps. Not sure if COVID is causal or just the trigger but have been missing a sense of community connection beyond family and friends. Maybe COVID has made people more insular / cautious of stranger interactions, at least it feels that way (?)

I got the copper IUD 6 months ago and my pH has been soooo off. I went to the doctors for it awhile back and got yeast infection pills and tried boric acid pills, but nothing has helped long term. I’ve read that cutting the strings could help, but I’m not going to go to the doctors anytime soon bc covid. Any advice on what I can try in the meantime?

Covid hits different when someone close has it. My parent is critically ill and organs failing one after the other. It sucks that I can't be right there.

Am I making a dumb decision? Buying a car for 95k while TC is 340k. I’ve never bought a car for that much and grew up thinking 30k cars were on the pricier side. It feels expensive and only other debt is a 2k mortgage.
