Agreed from above. Running and most high intensity interval work is good for overall calorie burn and weight but does little for musclular definition and gain vs lifting actual weights. Need to add a few lifts to your legs and you should get that sorted pretty quick
If you don’t want to do weighted squats or leg presses, do air squats. Like 50-100. You’ll get the inner thigh toned in no time
You can’t selectively fat burn
What d2 said but you can do more directed toning with plie squats w a kettle bell (stand on toes for extra targeting), lateral lunges, step ups, spilt lunges and adductor/abductor machine.

True you cannot selectively fat burn and some areas are more stubborn than others, depending on body composition. However adding muscle mass to the legs can create a firmer appearance overall while continuing to reduce body fat
Thank you all! We do weights & direct toning in Barry's but perhaps overall I'm not spending enough dedicated time to those areas over the course of a week of workouts - will try the exercises you all mention 🤞🏼
Agreeing w D1. I also have same issue and looking into coolsculpting for inner thighs. For my frame and size success rate seems very high. Also looking into doing the banana roll. It’s not cheap but I would rather look good than spend it on clothes etc
