How to ask company B for the offer again after rejecting it? Company A giving me Wfh + 20 LPA(15% variable) Company B was giving 18.75( All fixed) hybrid model. Reason for rejecting Company B was Company A giving me more package and wfh , but now I heard that company A may ask to come to office. So now I am more inclined towards company B. So how to ask HR again for the offer after rejecting and also how can I still ask them to give wfh for a year atleast due to personal medical reasons

I accepted a role in New York City but my direct manager said I can work from home in Boston instead. My understanding is that I would be paying NY taxes, but not MA taxes. Can anyone here confirm? Also, would my employer have to incur any additional taxation because I am remote? $7 jump just like that.

In my heart I wanted to counter with $60 per the 21 cents rule. I think I left money on the table 😪

Trying to renegotiate comp as the scope of my role has increased. My role is part Project Manager + Program Manager + Content Management + Consumer Insights Research. Right now at 125 + bonus but no stock grants/options. Looking at total comp in tech seems those roles are closer to $200-250k total comp. I asked for stock options and they said not possible (acquisition bureaucracy), advice?

Partner says to employees things like this:
- Yes fix it in the product, I’ve mentioned this like 3 times already!
- You don’t listen! You never listen! Focus!
- I don’t like that you don’t have precision I refuse anything less than perfect
And all these remarks are towards women in the team.
He’s operating as managing partner taking on more or less product management, while we have a senior product manager on the team that he cripples(a female)
