For context, all of this is listed out on the intake form, and I kind of figured my therapist would bring them up (at least, the more concerning details), but she hasn’t in any of our sessions.
I wonder if you may want to try emailing them in between sessions to raise it? It’s better to just say it when you speak, but it seems something is making you reluctant to do so. Try and split the topics up a bit so that each can be properly explored.
I can see that it would be frustrating though that you’ve provided a list of issues, yet you still need to drive the agenda.
I think it’s completely fair to start the next session off with letting them know that there are some comorbidities that you think could be at play and for them to evaluate you for them.
Remember - your therapist is there as a support; if they make you feel uncomfortable to bring things like this up, you might be well served looking into another practitioner.
Say " hey, I was hoping we could talk/ focus on. ...... they have been weighing on me lately". Or something like that maybe? Sometimes it feels like they go with the flow for whatever you start talking about so if you start talking about it, they may folks suit. Good luck friend!
