Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

I tend not to mention it until after accepting a position and negotiating salary unless there are time commitments that come up in an interview. Firms say they’re family friendly until they find out you have a family.
So true. I had no idea that would be the case but it’s night and day from applying without a kid

A1 is how I play it. No need to disclose I have a child until I have the offer and am negotiating employment terms. Then, I let them know I have a child and will need to work remotely or take pto if he is sick, etc. husband and I take turns. Also, I am going to kid school events. I will meet my billables if the work is there; I am a mother and obviously can double task. They will low ball you.

When in law school I thought I perceived a difference in interviews where for whatever reason the firm had become aware I was a mom. Maybe it was just my insecurity about it. I may never know. But it definitely happens I know now from my experience representing clients.
Oh yeah. Once had a potential employer ask me why he would hire me because I had 2 kiddos
