Depending on how in shape you were previously you can move to 2x trainings. Cardio in the am, lifting in the PM. Depending on what you have available I would mix up what you do, running is great but I recommend rowing, will give your joints a break and it's the most efficient workout outside of swimming. If you take this approach be warned you are not going to go 100 percent effort for every workout some should be light steady state recovery workouts. Good luck!
