No, cardio is literally the worst. I switched my focus to strength training, yoga, and watching my calories. Results have been even better.
Interesting, I’m the opposite...I love cardio like running and cross rope. I am an intensity junkie it seems, I’ve tried so hard to get into yoga but I don’t love it although I honestly wish I did (I want to be an instagram yogi 😂). I think if you don’t love cardio, then find something you love and do that Bc I could never stick to something I hated. Your workouts should make you happy, it’s too hard to maintain life long habits otherwise.
Ahhh I love cardio so much, I actively look forward to it over strength (which I know is probably more effective). There’s nothing quite like that endorphin rush...
It’s weird. I used to like it but anymore it’s just like boring. I don’t know maybe my mentality on it has changed now 🤷🏽♀️
