I currently resigned from TCS due to personal reason and before resign i gave interview at Nagarro and eClinicalWorks LLC but got backstabbed by both.
I cleared all the interviews but both are saying hiring is freeze now for your tech stack /YOE. I want your support if you can refer me in your org. My tech stack - Java Backend ( Java 8, spring boot , RESTful API , Microservices, Kubernetes) . YOE-2 LWD- 28/OCT . Open for Remote/office (pune/Bangalore/PAN india)

As tempting as it may be, I wouldn’t give in to that impulse. A short “Sounds great, let me know when things firm up and you have more details” email back is the smarter approach. Trust me. And it barely takes any longer than ghosting him.
Dam it, you’re right. He’ll get to bait me again.
Just sending a thumbs-up emoji is the perfect elixir here: it's literally the least you can do (and should hint to him that his empty BS response means nothing) yet it's not ghosting and keeps the door open if he ever de-douchifies himself.
