I’ve had to scrounge for work all year and now I finally have work but I’m working 15+ hour days. Im really happy I have work but I’m completely missing summer which I need for my mental health. Help.

I have been with my company for almost 8 years. I wasn’t certified when I started but I have been now for about a year. It wasn’t required before. I learned that my coworker who has been with us less than a year and had no prior experience in healthcare makes very close to the same amount I do. My boss says our rates are based on our experience which is clearly not true. One of our none clinical members who left was making the same as me. Does this seem right to you guys?

In an auto accident trial, can you inform the jury in any way that the at-fault driver had insurance? I have a hard time believing a jury would award 7-figure damages if they thought the little old lady defendant had to personally pay. I’m just starting to do PI on the side by myself at my firm, so this is probably a very dumb and obvious question.

I have raised profit after variable expenses by 13% compared to last year, and exceeding budgets in almost every category except for turnover. I got an 11% raise last year, but still only make $55k. My store profits about 17k a month on inside sales, and 160k a month in fuel. I think I deserve more, but I don’t know how to ask for it, and don’t know how to begin a job search aside from indeed. I get the work in 20 minutes flat.
