I think it is pretty common to uncharge a job when ur a first year. Not a good plan, but common. If ur a staff and you have not had this happen yet, then just keep enjoying ur bubble. When ur promoted to senior, and are slapped with the reality of accountability for the whole project completion
I interned for a solid year during college so this is actually kind of true for me.
^ what year was that? Senioring a job now a days is much more difficult than 20+ years ago.
Senioring now is easier with all the technology we have...
I did legitimately do this but it was the latter half of staff 1 year and a very small project that had an excellent senior training me before they left (I was “senioring” interns and GDS)
