I’ve heard of companies changing their policies on this but my wife is expecting and it has me wondering - how long is paternity leave at your company and do you feel like it’s enough time? Has it always been structured that way or have they updated it recently?

Mid level role at health tech Series B, 50-100 employees, Tier 1 city with 140K base and 20K in options. Base is higher than current salary but overall package lower due to bonus & 401K. Worth a shot?

My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments.
