Need help from Amazon 🐠 Anyone interviewed for Amazon L5 BIE in GSF supply chain team? The JD said basic qualifications include data modeling, ETL, data warehousing and optimization. Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? Sounds like a good way to screw up your metabolism... Use the Harris Benedict & Scofield formulas to determine your maintenance calories. Eat maintenance calories every day with the exception of 1 day, a cheat meal, which will spike metabolism and avoid metabolic pause. I do nutrition plans on the side and intermittent fasting works for some but you only fats half a day. It's much easier to eat 5-6 clean meal at 350-400 calories a day.
Sleeping as much as you can so you don't eat
I see mention of water retention, drink 1 gallon distilled for a week and watch the water come right off. The retention is bc you aren't hydrating well enough, so the body retains water in preparation for things like... Fasting
I do! On Mondays or Thursdays (travel days). I find it helps with some of the bloating and general water retention that I feel when I fly.

^drinking distilled water is horrible for you. The water bonds to minerals in your body and flushes them out.
@D1 that is correct it is the largest water molecule creating a stronger capillary effect in to body to draw toxins out. It isn't horrible for you unless you do it for a month straight and neglect wholesome foods and or multivitamins. For short stints it's great to help heal inflamed joints and flush fun times out like alcohol binges... Or junk food consumption, it's what I do precomp for 2 weeks straight.
