Pay is okay not a lot but not terrible. They have a good student loan reimbursement program and other benefits. Training is best in class for a BD lots of avenues internally for growth as well - for how much you’re expected to work (little to no OT) it’s not bad
Thank you! I hear so many things about fidelity and I’m trying to see if it’s worth applying to a position available. But I can’t take a pay cut but would love the training if that make sense
I would say TIAA pays better than Fidelity.
Not specifically what you are asking but I started at Vanguard and was able to get my securities licenses and learn basic investment knowledge. Pay was awful, but to your point, the training was nice, benefits with a big company are usually pretty good, and it was a nice boost to my resume.
I would say the training and benefits were worth it to gain experience. I would have never wanted to stay long term, but I have peers that stayed and ended up doing well (success and pay) in that environment.
I heard their work culture is excellent
Yeaaa like very structured but a call center? Not sure if I would like that
EJ pay is pretty decent and we have the best training in the industry. Benefits are not great. But they are paying for my CFP so I won’t complain.
