Great tips above. The best advice for you will have to take into account your journey up until now. Check out some literature on “weight loss plateau” for some general info on the topic
Get rid of the scale and focus on how you feel. Seriously.
Count calories and maybe add a bit more exercise (like a walk or an extra set of weightlifting) on top of what you're already doing. If you still don't see progress after a couple more weeks, I'd recommend eating at maintenance for a week and only doing low impact workouts. When your body is under stress (calorie restriction and intense workouts, for example), it retains water so it's possible you are losing weight but retaining extra water.
If you don't see any progress after that, talk to a doctor.
If cardio is part of your weight loss strategy, change up the cardio you’re doing. (I.e., running for 30 minutes straight on a treadmill? Start doing speed intervals for the same amount of time instead) or go to a spin class, etc.
Add lifting, try IF, avoid carbs after 3 pm... and try looking at other measures of progress (e.g., you may be losing inches but not weight)
It’s all about calorie deficit. It’s a major pain in the ass to track but if you ensure you’re always burning more than you’re taking in every day you will lose weight
Change something to get out of your comfort zone.
Macros, workout length or intensity, take up something you haven’t done before - change up something, make it uncomfortable, and stick with it for a couple weeks.
Increase exercise—cardio and weight lifting
