I’ve interviewed with an eQMS company for TAM and I’d be their only person at that position. I believe that they really like me for this spot but wondering what will be possible challenges with working with such a small company after being in my current position with a rather large company now!

I have been laid off by my current company but they kept me on payroll till 8th Sept. I have applied and given interviews to many companies but they have been very slow. Fortunately I am in the last round of a series C startup company where I completed 2 video interviews and 1 onsite design cum take home challenge and just waiting for the CEO and CTO to take my interview. The CEO has been traveling for 2 weeks. I don't know what to expect in this last round. Any thoughts/perspective on this?

Hi Fishes, I've cleared L1 round recently with Persistent & appeared for L2 round today. Post the interview, I received an automated email from Persistent careers with Subject "Interview Feedback for L2 Interview". I’m at an agency I’m really happy with. The work, the people, and some potential for growth, but NOT the pay. It was hard finding this job a year ago but there’s SO much out there now that I’m tempted to look for better pay. Should I even bother looking or close my eyes and stay where I’m happy?
