I've managed to save quite a bit during the pandemic since I've lived at home. I've paid off most of my debt, and am fortunate to have a lot of cash saved up that I want to do something with. If you were in this situation, how would you invest your money or what would you do with it?

Depends on where you live, but I’d buy a house. If it’s not enough yet, keep riding the savings wave while you can still live at home.

max out your 401k first, then your Roth IRA, then put the rest in an investment fund for secondary income.

My new home construction will be done by March/April 2023. As there is a little dip in mortgage rates now is it better to lock the rates now ? I am in dilemma to lock the rates now or wait for few more months as I have time till March 2023.

Hi folks, this is my last week at my current company as I am one of many people who's been affected by laying off. that's why I am looking for new job opportunity.
I am toronto based Web Developer, mainly focused on Front-End with ReactJS and have experience of 4 years in which I got chance to work on projects from scratch and support projects. I also worked with azure and recently learned about aws and also an aws cloud practiner certified. So please let me know about any open positions.

Hi Folks - Would appreciate if soemoen can suggest location to rent an apartment in London (1 bedroom & 2 bedroom)? We are couple and moving in December. Office is located in Central London probably zone 1. As per my research rent has the highest expense component, hence, would like to save some money there. Please quote gbp range as well if you are aware.

I’ve been at the same agency for 5 years, have had endless growth opportunities, love the people I work with and have been promoted regularly with salaries I’m happy with but something has felt off for awhile now. I can’t put my finger on what “it” is but I’m bored of the work, the office politics just annoy me and I roll my eyes on every email that comes though. I think everything is pushing me for a new change in my career but I’m also worried that the grass may not be greener. Advice?

I’ve had a recruiter from Ketchum reach out a few times about an opportunity. Pays more than my current role but curious about work/life balance and remote life at Ketchum before moving forward. I feel supported where I am but the money I could make would be life-changing.

I have two things i want to know!
1. I have a an interview with Disney coming up for a Comms strategy specialist. How should I prep for that?
2. I want to apply to Microsoft for a Comms Manager role. I am having a hard time on finding the right people to network with for a referral/how to stand out from the crowd.
So if anyone has any tips or people i can talk to would be great!!

Looking at PR jobs in Massachusetts and I'm not sure about salary range. Making $37,000 right now in NC and have been at the same company for two years since graduating college (haven't received any raises during this time). I know cost of living is more in MA, but I'm not sure what I should be asking for.

Seeing a lot of people in my network moving around and getting big promotions and pay increases. I'm currently a senior associate- digital at Weber making $54k. Is it time to move on?
