I've managed to save quite a bit during the pandemic since I've lived at home. I've paid off most of my debt, and am fortunate to have a lot of cash saved up that I want to do something with. If you were in this situation, how would you invest your money or what would you do with it?

My new home construction will be done by March/April 2023. As there is a little dip in mortgage rates now is it better to lock the rates now ? I am in dilemma to lock the rates now or wait for few more months as I have time till March 2023.

Looking at PR jobs in Massachusetts and I'm not sure about salary range. Making $37,000 right now in NC and have been at the same company for two years since graduating college (haven't received any raises during this time).
