I’ve noticed for tech companies. The difference between T2 and MBB is marginal, the process is meritocratic and fit-based that gets you the job. The brand only makes a difference for getting into buyside processes. So wondering if it’s worth taking a BCG offer, vs. Recruiting directly for FAANG.

How likely is it for an auditor to make the switch to a consultant at one of the MBB firms?

I used to be an Olympic athlete but would like to start a career in consulting now and I am a bit lost. I heard some MBB firms used to value that, is that still the case?

What percentage of travel will it be per month? Do you think there will be more flexibility with hybrid? If you only want to be staffed on local projects - can that be better accommodated?
