I’ve noticed in the past year no upper management guidance or vision. I work within a division and no town hall meetings, no communications from upper management and when they are in its “sorry we’ll talk about it next time” many of my peers in other business functions have said the same and the region leaders have also made similar comments about where are we going and what’s next. Constantly it’s been getting pushed to me to communicate but I have nothing since information is low. Common now?

Hello! Trying to get an idea of what most US companies are doing in terms of contract tracing. Many of us are returning to the office in the spring. Are large corporations still contract tracing? Specifically within the financial services industry?
