I've only been working in PA for a few months. I work with expatriate and inpatriate taxation in the US. I feel like I am not learning fast enough and I am intellectually outclassed. Any tips?

Here's a couple of ideas.

Start a journal where you record at leats 1 new thing you've learned each day. Then continue to review those thing quickly each day until you feel like you have them memorized.

Write down the working steps for your projects and then follow them checklist each time. This way you don't have to just remember everything. Update the list as you progress and find efficiencies.

It comes with time. I worked on provisions for a year until finally everything clicked and I was able to join conversations with managers. But I agree with EY1, if there are things you are struggling to understand, write down your thoughts and questions. If you figure it out, go back and amend. There are still some Journal entries that I go back and reference every time I get tripped up on something, that way I don't have to reinvent the wheel

A few months won't make you an expert in something. Keep in mind those above you have years [decades, sometimes] of experience. Just make sure you keep learning, say yes and show up. Don't beat yourself up to badly, I'm sure you know more than you think!

Save your review points. Before you submit a return for review, read over your review points and make sure you didn't make any of those errors. Eventually it will be second nature to check for those things

Can someone explain why I see these notices go up every now and then?

No one ever calls any attention to them; they just get quietly posted in the printer room on a bulletin board no one checks.

Hello, All! I'm looking for recommendations on inspirational content for women leaders. I follow TEDWomen, many podcasts, and the Women's Conference among other sources. I'd love to hear a fresh perspective on business, trends, tech, marketing, equality in the workforce, etc. I'd love to learn something new. I'm at the VP level and have started a couple of companies, so nothing too junior, but open to many topics. Please share any speakers, books, webinars, or events that you may come across.

Hi folks,
I have 2 offers and both companies. Both are offering remote positions
- Ormae - 17L fixed + 1variable
- Swiftwin (acquired by Concord) - 19 Fixed

There are only a few reviews on glassdoor and abitionbox to consider them authentic (maybe fake reviews).

Does anyone have any idea about these companies? Or what do you suggest.

Current - Valuelabs, 4 yoe, 12.5L ctc, Nodejs Backend

Appreciate your help. Thanks.
