Went through HCL Technologies HR discussion and salary discussion 10 days back. Initial required documents are sent from my side over mail to HR as they asked. HR told they will proceed with the profile and will update back post getting the approval. After that no update yet and HR is not responding over mails/calls as usual. Should I consider they are not proceeding? Any idea how many days it takes in general HCL Technologies

How do you get better at Project Management?
Yes, put it in your resume. Getting the promo is itself an accomplishment that validates your ability. Even a simple entry saying "promoted to X in July 2021" is fine. Or you can conceal your promo date by lumping all titles under one firm, and all accomplishment bullets under one firm so it isn't easy to tell what you did exactly when.
Yes. Put it and put the new responsibilities- be careful of the start date and be ready when some may ask why you are looking for a change after promotion.. nothing wrong with it, it may make look stronger that you got promoted but still looking for something bigger
I would add it into your resume, but go with M1's suggestion and lump it all into one firm. I've done that before and added an entry along the lines of 'started in x role, gained experience with xyz then moved into x role' without including date of promotion
Definitely include it. It is something you have earned. Most people seem to forget previous positions they held in a company, even though that was the majority of their time there. If you include all your roles, you're already doing better than most, in my eyes.
Yes I'd lump it and then list what you actually did. I usually go with accomplishments more than responsibilities. So it would say the company name and titles held there, and then it would say a sentence of what your role was within that in a broader sense of things you were responsible for overseeing, and then things you accomplished. I don't list out like a job description with all the duties I had. Definitely put the dates as one lump and only use years across the board.
If you are someone who is earnest and goes by the book in terms of transparency, you can list the company, then put your previous title and all the ensuing information, and then at the end tie it with a bow saying "Promoted in 2021 to X position." You might also want to put what promoted position's responsibilities are, even if you haven't done them for long. I agree, just stick with the years. And remember, doing the job for 1 week is still doing the job.
