Is it allowed to switch from one part of the firm to another while on an L1 visa? Say from D Advisory to D Consulting.

My H1B expires next August meaning I’m eligible to file for extension in February. I plan to travel in the summer (between June and August) but I don’t have a visa stamp and would like to get ahead by getting an appointment now but for the summer.

If I get the appointment with my current H1B and then get H1B extension approval next March or April, will I be able to use the extension for my visa stamp or will I need to go through a different application process and get a different appointment?

WFO has been initiated in my project for people who are already in base location (like me)

I feel as though not increasing stub year bonuses is shortsighted. How do you ladies deal with being interrupted in meetings by male coworkers? More and more lately I've found male coworkers talking over me, saying "oh sorry to interrupt" yet continuing to talk anyways, even when I've countered with "can I finish my thought?"

I’m not her direct manager but she reports to my manager so often times my manager asks me to do what this junior tells me to do. It’s a weird dynamic and honestly I don’t feel great because it happens too much and she gets the praises for asking me. How do I bring this issue up? Do I go to my manager first?

What to do when you leave the small pond?

I've spent the last decade getting really good at whatever job I've had at the time. Doing what people told me to do, filling in gaps, being the cheerleader that everyone got along with.

Problem now is that I'm finally in a place where I can set my own path and I feel totally lost and unprepared. I've even looked for advice on SMART goals at my level but the shame/inadequacy/imposter syndrome is so strong.
