Currently a 2nd yr SM with $280k ($230k base and $50k bonus this year). Got an offer from AWS, L7 Principal Architect $175k base + $140k Y1 joining bonus + $45k Y1 RSU (vesting at 5%). Some serious hit on the base however the overall comp is ok. Any thoughts and comments on comp, level etc would be appreciated.

And another offer from PwC India for senior analyst tech consulting 16.7 L fixed + 167k variable + 1 L joining bonus : 19.37 LPA +including joining bonus). Which one should I go for considering Work quality, WLB and annual appraisals ?

How do you handle credits in your portfolio? Do you (1) list team members’ names and link to their individual portfolios, (2) list your roles and contributions for each project, (3) only list the agency where the work was created, or (4) leave off any roles or credits because everyone should know that it takes a team to create work and you clearly didn’t do it by yourself?

I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on? For example would someone with 4.0/780 (not me) be pretty much assured at least 1 M7? Or is there a reasonable chance that all M7s will reject them? Or is their floor just lower (T15 for example)?

I’m feeling so low. I’m still struggling over a breakup that happened 2 years ago, I hate my job and I have zero motivation to do anything.
