First project in my role and my snapshot is all at level with no differentiator. Should I take it as anything more than face value?

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.
Does it feel like basically our only exit op is operations work to anyone else? I’ve been interviewing for 6+ months now and these are the roles I’m getting steered toward. I want to stay far away from ops & risk tho so I keep turning them down cuz it’s just so damn boring
Currently a C going up for SC this time next year. Really debating if it’s worth it to wait another year and then exit or exit now? How much of a difference/more competitive would the title bump make?
Walking out in a few days. 2 quick points that make me take up non consulting role. First - Big project team and I am a late entrant to the team so chances of promo to M next year doesn’t seem possible. Second - 20% hike without moving out of town. Go ?

Does anybody have a view on the Associate, Content Strategy role at Netflix? Number of rounds? What is the nature of work? Culture? This is in APAC.
My i140 is a position for manager. EY won’t file the i485 till I become a manager. Can I file the i485 by myself when the i140 is approved and I am still not promoted to manager yet?
Any insights on Gartner? Interviewing for a Director role with them. General thoughts on culture, comp, career progression?
I’ve gotten an RFE sheet request for my H1-B petition. Does this hamper my chances of getting the visa ? Because my degree is directly related to my role and is also clearly mentioned in the job description. So I’m not sure why I’ve gotten this. Anyone have experience with the same ?
Do you think your MBA is worth it?
Eye-opening article about how the current political and social atmosphere is not something acute - it has been brewing for decades. I find it interesting the link between men and women’s voting patterns throughout the decades. Thoughts? https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2020/10/2020-polls-gender-gap-women-voters-trump.html?campaign_id=9&emc=edit_nn_20201022&instance_id=23369&nl=the-morning®i_id=86946542§ion_index=1§ion_name=big_story&segment_id=41854&te=1&user_id=1c88578d14824bf0c7cb9788ec43ffa1

Is it possible to lateral firms at the one year post MBA mark? Its a long way away but interested in trying for MBB again, not sure if they are open to that.
Working at 9PM while on the bench.
Does EY match charitable contributions? And can we expense certain charitable organizations like the Spinsters?
Mid size product company or start up. Which is a better choice for salesforce Admin? And what is the average pay for salesforce admin and BA? location is remote.
Ex-Big 4 folks at MBB: how has the experience been for you so far? Any of you been in a situation where you’re coming to a MBB in a lower role but have excelled in moving up quickly? (Or not.) Thinking about making the leap but would love to hear if the MBB hype was worth it. (FWIW: My work hours are 65-80/wk so I’m pressed to think it’ll be that much worse on the other side.)
Moving from a boutique (<30 employees, MBB competitor) to the strategy practice of a Big 4. Have only worked for boutiques in the past, so I’m expecting there to be some major differences in terms of working style. What are the major differences and ‘watch outs’ you would point out to me? Could be anything from culture, to red tape, to compliance etc.
Any thoughts on the MBA program at Boston University? Is Boston University MBA good enough for positions at FAANG or MBB? And what about the MBA program at MIT?
What’s the best thing for a new associate to do to get on billable work? I was mapped to an industry I have no experience in; how do I start gaining experience when I don’t have the experience to get on these projects?

Started in February 2016 and won't receive a raise until after June 2017 due to joining mid year. Is this normal?
Slight vent: I had saved up a bunch of PTO to travel a ton this year (long-term project) which obviously got kicked to the dust and I have a bunch expiring this year because of that. Was looking forward to next year (including a family trip that’s been on the calendar for 2 years), but 3 people just left the team, only 1 will be replaced, and 3 more announced parental leave in spring. I have go lives through February and feel like I’m sprinting a marathon and will never get a break now.
Remember when client offices were empty at 5pm when you walked the halls? Can confirm it's freaking fantastic being on the other side!
My mother, sister (who is a single mom with two kids), are thinking about buying another house and i’ve been thinking of investing in it.,She would make the mortgage payments. this would require me to have the house in my name and to make a down payment. bad idea ?
