I’ve seen podcasts on successful practice, legal tech, leaving law for other careers, other timely topics, but none dedicated to authentic convos re how hard it is to be human in this field...(cont’d)

...(cont’d) the stress, pressure, failures, self-doubt, health problems, and personal sacrifices—not only how these things play out in our professional and personal lives, but why the institution fosters these issues and *not whether it can change but* how it needs to change. I’ve been thinking a lot about whether I should start a podcast like this. Or if there already is one out there that I haven’t come across yet? I’d welcome any thoughts!

I agree with A2. JUST DO IT. I can guarantee you I would tune in. Also, you’ve got plenty of folks here who would serve as entertaining guests.

Well now I’m really curious!

Yea. Honestly, this app wastes time but it also helps because I know I’m not alone (so many people are going through the same issues and challenges). We have to act like everything is all good in front of bosses and colleagues but on the inside some of us are a mess. A podcast would be a similar concept.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. This app is helpful, but it’s hard to have those kinds of deep personal conversations on this format.
