Fishes, does anyone have insight to salary info for CVS Health in a Senior Manager Data Engineering position? The job description says anywhere from $95k-$209k which is a pretty big range. What is a closer range? Recruiter is starting out with $120k which sounds too low to me.

Current Title- Strategic Analyst. I report directly to a corporate VP. What would your org call me?

Please clarify for me. I say if the salary for the position is $52,000, that's what you include when posting the job opening. Ie: Marketing Assistant: $52K. My supervisor says no, the salary is actually 74,000, because she's including health benefits and PTO on top of the 52.. I said if you post 74,000 and the person finds out it's actually 52 (probably with a take home pay of only 38) they will walk. Who's right?

Went for my first appointment after the egg retrieval and the doctor found a few cysts. So we postponed it to the next cycle. I didn't realise I would have to wait for another. He had given a birth control option but I just thought it would be better to wait for the natural cycle.

Did anyone trigger only after 7 days on stim meds? This seems to happening rather quickly and I'm concerned about egg quality. Just found out one of my Fallopian tubes is blocked. Anyone else have this and did you have success getting pregnant without getting the block cleared? Or any specific treatment you went through?

Has anyone taken part in sperm sorting at their clinics to give a better chance of choosing X or Y sperm in IVF? My clinic has a study where it can skew girl 60/40% but the working hypothesis is that the abnormal Y sperm will fall down with the heavier X sperm, so there might also be a higher chance of aneuploidy. Wanting other people’s results on this. If not, on IVF genders in general - are you getting more boy or girl normal embryos?

Doing progesterone shots this IVF cycle as I've heard of such a high success rate.

Any tips? A little nervous about these...typically my clinic doesn't do them but I asked because I've heard of such great results...the doc agreed.
