I’m looking for a direction to be pointed in for a career change, ideally something that can be done remotely and doesn’t require a ton of other specialized training. I paid almost 3k for insurance and there was no company assistance. Just money out of my check. I’ve never gotten a rebate before maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about but I’m hopin

Please clarify for me. I say if the salary for the position is $52,000, that's what you include when posting the job opening. Ie: Marketing Assistant: $52K. My supervisor says no, the salary is actually 74,000, because she's including health benefits and PTO on top of the 52.. I said if you post 74,000 and the person finds out it's actually 52 (probably with a take home pay of only 38) they will walk. Who's right?
Anyone know what the salary range for a Senior Associate at Guidehouse is? Health Sector
Suggestions- I have an average 60-70 caseload doing civil insurance defense. I was just informed that I can no longer work OT as I should be able to utilize the staff we have for overflow. Problem is they keep hiring people who have no experience. I spend my days redoing assignments when I’m not training and retraining.

Hi there! I am currently a senior compliance analyst for a large insurance organization. I have worked in my company, climbing the ladder for 6/7 years now from entry level data entry to my currently non-manager senior analyst role in regulatory compliance (5+ of those specifically in Compliance. I have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). My issue is.. my husband and I want to move our family to a rural area to be closer to family.. *continued in comments.*
I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.
Anyone know who might be looking for a network coordinator?

Hello, I have a masters in healthcare administration and have worked in all parts of the healthcare field for the last 8 years. What would be a good starter job for someone who doesn’t have years of leadership experience with an MHA?
Long story short, I have a bachelors in Public Health/Health Science, and no idea what to do with it. I currently am contracted with a disabilities agency in the vocational services side of things, working for $20/hr with no benefits. I realize this is a very low paying job, but I do not know the extent of the career options with the degree I have. I’d like to ask, what would be the highest paying/most rewarding career options for me?

Can any Capco people advise what the salary jump is from C to SC?
I've seen the glassdoor average but feel this is likely skewed by external hires with higher offers.
Appreciate the help
Any Principal /staff UX designers willing to share their salaries? Was it higher than when you were a lead or senior designer?

I was working with a partner on drafting a brief, who hated the way I wrote it, made me drastically change everything, increase the word count and spill my blood, sweat, and tears for months into editing it. Just before filing a different partner took a hand at cutting it down because it was too long - and he edited the brief back to the way I wrote it originally 🤦🏽♀️ Sometimes this job is an absolute joke.

As defense counsel, nothing is quite as fun as seeing plaintiffs counsel squirm to get discovery extensions after they’ve done everything to be rude and unprofessional. You called me an insurance whore and recorded our calls without my permission? You can bet I will never grant an extension longer than 2 weeks…

I will be doing FET next month and doctor was discussing to have natural or controlled transfer. Was curious to know people who went through transfer, what did u pick and why? I'm not sure what to do....
All 12 frozen eggs survived the thaw and underwent ICSI, fingers crossed for the next 6 days!
trying to figure out if I should do a frozen embroyo transfer after testing or fresh transfer of day 3 embroyos. I am 40 and had two miscarriages (natural) within the first trimester. my last ivf cycle only one genetically normal embryo made it after 20 eggs retrieved. please help me make a decision !
Did Lupron mess with anyone else’s period? I’m doing microdose for this transfer cycle and my period is typically like clockwork, but I’m 3 days late and need to get it going in order to not push back transfer date. Thoughts or recs? Thanks!
5th FET next week. Not really a question but just posting here for some encouragement and optimism!
When doing a blood pregnancy test in the clinic, do you get your results right away or do they call you in the afternoon? Mine is Friday from a day 3 transfer a week ago. So anxious but not testing before.
Hi all, I think I’m just in a funk from Lupron side effects and just feel down. Any tips on how to keep your mood up? I tried exercising but the meds got me so exhausted I almost passed out doing a 20 min easy peloton ride. Any suggestions welcome!!
Went for my first appointment after the egg retrieval and the doctor found a few cysts. So we postponed it to the next cycle. I didn't realise I would have to wait for another. He had given a birth control option but I just thought it would be better to wait for the natural cycle.
Can anyone educate me on these cysts? I dont find many articles about cysts after egg retrieval
Did anyone trigger only after 7 days on stim meds? This seems to happening rather quickly and I'm concerned about egg quality. I'm 35 years old and they think my quality should be good for my age, but im unsure. Was banking on at least 10-14 days. I May be ready for egg retrieval after only 9 days on meds
Anyone with EY who has gone through this? BCBS sent me over to Win Fertility who I apparently have to get approval done with so that BCBS will cover it (the allowed 25k fertility-related expenses). I talked to one helpful person last week, but everyone else I have spoken with is really confused. What is the correct order to do this in? And is there anything I have to do to make sure it’s approved?
What is considered day 1 of a frozen embryo transfer? Is it the day of transfer or day after?
My embryo test results came back. This was my first round of IVF. 16 retrieved, 13 mature, 10 fertilized, 4 embryos, 1 normal. Only one 😭 I want to cry. Need to do another round. I am on WinFertility (20k). Any suggestions on what insurance/benefits I can get? Thanks
Any book recommendations for first time dads?
Just found out one of my Fallopian tubes is blocked. Anyone else have this and did you have success getting pregnant without getting the block cleared? Or any specific treatment you went through?
Has anyone taken part in sperm sorting at their clinics to give a better chance of choosing X or Y sperm in IVF? My clinic has a study where it can skew girl 60/40% but the working hypothesis is that the abnormal Y sperm will fall down with the heavier X sperm, so there might also be a higher chance of aneuploidy. Wanting other people’s results on this. If not, on IVF genders in general - are you getting more boy or girl normal embryos?
Doing progesterone shots this IVF cycle as I've heard of such a high success rate.
Any tips? A little nervous about these...typically my clinic doesn't do them but I asked because I've heard of such great results...the doc agreed.
I am heading into IVF and the clinic made us sign a document saying if one of us is tested positive for COVID, the whole procedure will be canceled. The testing must be performed at their site. My husband’s mom has been organizing a big family trip for two months. I already excused myself from that trip. But I am very worried my husband my get covid from this trip. His mom has a lot of friends who don’t believe in Covid, and she volunteers at a 2nd hand store. What would you do if you were me

So you must hit deductible before coverage? If I start now I only have 3 or 4 chances before deductible resets... should do wait...
Yes, you have to hit the deductible. If you’re planning on multiple cycles, it might make sense to wait until July 1. I tried to start my first cycle in February but had a cyst that forced me to wait a month. I was lucky to get two cycles in before the deductible reset.
