I’ve smoked unfiltered Pall Mall for 14 years and two months. Before COVID I’d smoke 1/2 ppd. During COVID I’ve spiked to 2 ppd and sometimes smoke during video conference calls. Now my lungs need breathing room, but I can’t find a low-tar, low-nicotine cigarette that gives me rich tobacco flavor. Any suggestions?

my bf & I lived in nyc but since covid happened he has moved out to a suburb to save money on rent and live with his parents for a few months. I quarantined out of nyc with family in the spring & early summer but came back to nyc to avoid doing long distance with my bf. He didn’t come into the city this past weekend to see me (I have spent some time out of the city last month with his family too) & to me that was a red flag that he’s really not making a huge effort to see me? Pre-covid, I used to be able to manage and handle so many things at once. I know multitasking is frowned upon but life was like that growing up so I guess it all started as a bad routine. Now, I just feel like I've been in a 3 year rut and I'm just baffled at how productive/superbusy I was before. If my day was anything like that now, I know I can't handle it and my body will crash, hard. Anyone else the same? I do miss the pre-covid me though. Assertive, levelheaded, not lazy, not tired.
