What’s the longest time you’ve waited to hear back after conducting your final loop interviews for FAANG Companies??? I finished mine last Thursday & they told me I will get my decision between 9/6 - 9/9.
I feel like this wait is torture!!!!!! I’m also a CW so hoping I get this role so I get converted over to an FTE.

If you plan to ask for accommodation under ADA, then yes. In fact, I would CC HR on any communications just to make sure. Ask for the company to pay for a better keyboard and mouse. And, ask for the time off if you need PT or surgery to correct the issue.
I ran into that same issue years ago.
Learn to switch hands. I can mouse right or left (don't actually change the mouse buttons).
I also changed my workstation/desk to be far more fit/ergonomic for my use - ergo-keyboard, adjustable keyboard tray, monitor distance & height adjustable.
And make sure you let your boss/HR know.
Yes. I ran into that problem and I bought some wrist braces from CVS to use when my hands were bothering me but also when I wasn’t using my computer. It helped a lot.
But definitely let your manager and HR know in case they can accommodate your work setup.
Yeah, I feel like if you let them know they should definitely be able to reimburse you or help get you some different equipment to accommodate your condition. I had a friend at my last job who went through something similar and they were great about it after she communicated. I didn’t feel like it was a pity party or anything so I wouldn’t worry about that.
What would mentioning it to your boss help with? You would still have to put in the same amount of time at work...take the advice above and don't try and create a pity party for yourself
I'd cross that bridge when you get to it.
