I've started having pains in my hand, and my doctor warns me I'm developing carpal tunnel. Is this something I should mention to my boss?

I’m out at work to really everyone except my people manager… I just got the sense when I first met them they were very unfamiliar and perhaps uncomfortable with having an LGBT team member so I have never mentioned my partner to them, and now I feel like it’s too late to mention anything because it’s been 6 months since we started working together… any advice on how to feel out whether it would be appropriate to mention my sexuality with someone who also has a lot of say in my career progession?

How do you handle it at work when someone low key insults you but pretend it's a compliment? It keeps happening but it's not something I can directly respond to. I've debated if I'm misperceiving, but at this point, I'm pretty sure I'm not. Office brawling is not an option lol

I am a field marketer. I travel and cover 12 states. HQ is across the US on the east coast. My manager put a surprise calendar invite twice now to go to home office without consulting dates to see if we were available. I stood up and asked to be included on available dates and said I will attend virtually but asking me to be away for 4 additional full days away from my family without asking me is not OK. I already travel a lot and this boundary is super important to me. Am I right or wrong?

I had a divorce mediation last week. The client wasn’t thrilled with the results (is anyone after mediation?) but we left with the two things she wanted: the house and her pension. She thanked me. My office sent the bill a few days later, and client wrote my boss a very long, angry email claiming I gave her incompetent representation. Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.

Articling student in Canada (8 month internship with potential hireback), currently doing transactional work. I’m WFH and having a hard time building relationships with partners. I’m friendly/chat with associates and am on great terms with one partner who gives me work often, but not much else. The firm “encourages” reaching out to partners to chat, though I’ve tried and been essentially ignored. Partners rarely have enough time to give me feedback, so I feel they don’t have time to chat.

I got an offer at Infosys, but in offer letter they have mentioned to join the company in one and half month, but my notice period is 3 months, I have dropped an email to HR saying same and he agreed the 3 months notice period and will sent the revised salary in next month, can I assure that HR will send revised offer letter on next month??, In btw he told me to accept the offer letter for now and I did it.
