Hi there, I am currently a CPhT of about 8-9 years and I am trying to transition into project management.

like

Hoe much are you currently making as a cpht of u don't mind sharing?

I'm a Technician as well but I haven't been doing it for quite as long as you. Following because I'm curious to see what other paths I could take with the experience I'm currently building..

I went into office management at a pharmacy consulting practice!

What aspect of Heath/Pharma do you like? It would be best to assess your goal before exploring the prospects.

I knew a couple who transitioned into admin work. They're doing well– better than a few seniors in admin, if you ask me. It's probably the background, I notice they're astute in dealing with data.

A majority of health plans have pharmacy departments that require techs to provide guidance to other departments

I moved up from technician, to lead, onto supervisor, and I’m currently transitioning to a manager role during my almost 10 years working as a technician/ in the pharmacy field.

Pharma is always an option, so is consulting and health tech if you're looking for a chane

Anyone here waiting for a Family Based Green Card, my lawyer filed it last September 2021. It’s 14 months now… still waiting.

Just wanted to know if anyone of you got it earlier than 2 years?

Saw this while searching —
“In most cases, it takes about two years for a green card to become available, and the entire process takes around three years. It can take slightly longer for citizens of Mexico, China, India, and the Philippines.”

On a brighter note — Got my EAD March 2022.
