I’d take it as a positive and run with it. 😊
I'm super down with being ignored. SUPER. Down.

Forget I work here please, that's the leadership I need at this point!
Don’t spend time worrying about it and be glad they aren’t in there micromanaging you.
The less you see of those people the better off you are.
It is always better if they stay out and let the professional do their job. Admin should only be there to run the day to day operations and support teachers.

Take it as trust and let it go.
Yep. I’m there. Believe me, if you were causing issues with parents they’d be in your room often.
Don't worry about it, it means you're ok for now. No need to stress or feel ignored, no, never!
You’re definitely trusted.
Don’t jinx it. Keep it up!
Go with trusted! Don’t say a word!
You’re trusted.

You’re lucky! We have a very long, drawn-out process with self evaluations, goal setting and conferences, check in at semester, formal and informal evaluations, pre/post conferences, and reflections. It’s a giant waste of time that could be spent researching and writing new lessons and giving kids timely feedback. The streamlined evaluations from 15-20 years ago were much more valid and real to me. I thought it was TEA that did this to us; apparently, it’s district-level bureaucrats who manufactured the most convoluted thing I’ve ever seen in my working career.

I make it my business to be left alone in my room...it's called the No Botheration Policy -- you don't bother me & I won't bother you, but if you start bothering me, I'm gonna become the most annoying human that ever walked the planet to you...so don't bother me.
Ditto!
Absolutely! You’ll hear otherwise.
Less they check in on you, the better.
Be thankful they are not micromanaging you. It's all good unless they give you a bad eval.
LMS 1 I think I need your help. Actually you could do a very valuable PD!!!
It's simple really, you just have to match th energy & not be scared to be a little petty.
I also have a You Wkae You Take policy: if one of my "angels" is resting peacefully & you come in to observe or just walk thru & you feel the urge to wake up that sleeping kraken, you are now in charge of that child & will take him/her with you when you leave my room. I know how to pick my battles, and I refuse to fight a battle you pick for me.😁
If they're in your space at a bare minimum, that means they don't feel like there's any risk/problem/need to get involved. This is a good thing. Admin in particular spends a lot of their time putting out fires and dealing with 'issues.' If you hardly see them, it means that you have your business under control, and they feel free to spend their time wherever the problems are happening.
They appreciate this tremendously, whether they tell you so or not.
