I’ve worked for an agent for 4 years now I run almost all of the day to day tasks, sell and handle customer service while he takes at least a quarter if not half of the year off vacationing. I only make 52k am I drastically under paid? That includes sales and what he pays me for salary.

The real question is do you see yourself becoming an agent. The agent Carries the risk of having to perform as they are contracted to meet quotas. You have the same title as me as I work for an agent and we are top performers, and I get paid less that they but have the benefits which are nice. You should have a talk with your agent and say you need them to be around more in a respectful way. I have told my agent what I expect and if it’s not met that fine you just won’t have me. Sometimes showing your hand will help your situation get better.

At one point I was working towards becoming an agent but who I work for is not helping me nor giving support for me to be able to get there. My agent does not do any of the selling I meet all the sales quotas for him. I was his only employee for over a year and I met numbers and have for the past three years I’ve worked for him! Before that he wasn’t meeting them.

Work in Industry Solutions at @Microsoft. Been here 1.5yrs, in the industry close to 20. Sr. Consultant at Level 64. I just got bumped from 160k to 172k + 39k bonus (UBI + CBI) and 48k in stock awards.

My core skills are Kubernetes, Containers, Advanced Architectures, and Process Optimization (DevOps). I feel like my salary, good as it is, is not up to par with the market. Friend of mine at Google makes close to 190k with much of the same. Thoughts?

I manage a team of about 150 remote fe insurance telesales agents, recruit about 25 new agents monthly and am 100% remote. At one time we were paid based on our agents production but now we can only earn on their first month and a half of production. Is this common? What should I expect to make while managing $9mil a year in production. While writing I was posting $40k monthly. I made a lot more selling than I am now 3 years later and having trained hundreds of agents. Thoughts? Opportunities?

I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?
