Took a job with a signing bonus in early 2021 (1 Year clawback). Decided to quit (hate my job/team and struggling with mental health) but agreed to stay on through the anniversary of my clawback since they are desperate. Unsurprisingly, my team has been even worse with me ever since. Is there any reason to stay other than saving a few bucks on the clawback (I’m unlikely for EOY bonus)?

Can we all agree to negotiate overtime pay in our next compensation conversation? If everyone negotiates it then firms have to do something right? I understand that we are SaLaRy and that’s “just how it’s always been” but times are changing and we should be compensated extra for the hours over 40 hours worked.
What MBA program is best suited for a career in international trade/defense and foreign policy (also thinking to combine with an mpp). Feel like a dual degree would equip me with good skills to advance along the intersection of both private and public sectors.
I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

Apologies for the dumb question but what exactly does partner mean in today’s world? In olden times it would have meant you were a partial owner right? Does it still? Or does it just mean extra highly paid employee with a lot of leadership responsibilities? We don’t use the term at Accenture of course since we’re public, but I’m curious what it really means at b4 or MBB, beyond just extra high paychecks? Are there actual partner benefits, like owning private shares of the company?

Need advice—I feel comfortable, but stagnant. I’ve been at my agency for three years and barely made any work for my portfolio, and haven’t been to a single production. However, I love my team, manager, and agency culture, and know that’s hard to come by… what would you do?
Have any ACN people here done ADP? Is it common to get overseas assignments? A lot of the roles seem to be remote working, so would be keen to hear others experiences.
