Jack.
History will prove that Zuck was on the wrong side of this debate. No wonder 2016 election had so much misinformation on Facebook because as per Zuck, social media companies should not be the “arbiter” of truth. Wow.
As an owner of the most influential social media platform, don’t you have a responsibility to make sure people don’t abuse your platform?
Jack is right.

D3, should slander and libel be allowed? Who gets to decide what is slander or libel? Some things are inherently true or false and can be supported with evidence. Political campaigns shouldn't be able to knowingly lie on social media.

Neither.

Neither but a private company should be free to regulate speech as they do choose.

If I had to pick, I’d go with Zuck. Twitter is nothing more than a propaganda-spreading (and porn) machine. Facebook actually has a viable business model that is worth saving. Twitter does not, and I’m pretty sure jack knows it.

likefunny

That ... that was awesome. Seems straight out of a propaganda machine, D2.

like

Zuck’s whole spiel is just a way for him to justify the fact that facebooks business model depends on extreme and divisive articles in order to get engagement

like

As long as they corroborate amongst a variety of sources and/or cite the source, especially if there’s research literature, then I’m 100% behind Twitter. People need to shut up and let the data do the talking

like

Zuck because he doesn’t force left sources on everything

I’m a PTA working in Home Health. I live in the New Orleans, LA area. I’m curious to see if my wage is average or if I should negotiate with my employer. I have over 10 years experience and get PPV. Every visit I am paid $40 and my salary has been around $60k per year for the past 3 years. Also, is it common to get a yearly raise in the Home health industry? Any insight would be appreciated.

My best friend lives alone in NYC, as do I. We’ve been staying at home (occasionally go for short walks separately in our own neighborhoods). This Friday, my friend twisted her ankle and asked I come over with some groceries since it was past delivery time. I stayed for the weekend since she needed help cleaning and we haven’t seen each other. After thinking about it, I’m feeling anxious that I’ll get the virus (even though none of us has been in contact with others and don’t have symptoms)

Hey everyone,

Need some thoughts. (Shows analyst on FB, but I've since been promoted). Basically I have had all amazing reviews since at my firm. Currently on a project where I am feeling super burnt out and as a result im not taking initiative and therefore performing poorly. I believe my next review will be quite poor. Does anyone have any advice on managing this / perspectives I should have? I am pretty worried that I will get fired and if that happens idek what I would do.

Thanks
