As your doctor, not a bunch of Internet randos.
Just curious — why no Moderna on the list? I think I’ve read that Moderna has provided the best immunity over the long term (mostly because it’s a higher dose).

If you’ve already had Covid then neither one. Do an antibody test and if you don’t have them then decide on vaccine. If you do have them you are all set for now.

OP - in that case I don’t think it matters which one you get. You already have the protection from a natural infection and you are only getting a vaccine to get a Covid pass. Toss a coin.
Unless you’re high risk (sick or fat) literally doesn’t matter. Also, ask your doctor, not a bunch of internet randos.
I mean, we can all just acknowledge J&J is worse, right? It provides weaker protection and doesn’t last as long. That’s why they are recommending an MRNA booster for people who got it.
Early in the pandemic we just needed shots in arms. Now we are swimming in unused vaccines so you might as well get yourself the best.

There are reasons to get any of them, depending on who you are. Boosters are recommended for all of them, but given the data that’s emerged thus far, you might want to get an mRNA booster if you got J&J before and you’re a woman of childbearing age due to the risk of blood clots. If you’re a male between 16 & 35, you might want to skip a 2nd Moderna shot and go for J&J or Pfizer given the higher incidence of myocarditis seen in those patients.
That said, the evidence is strong that any approach will work for most people.

Just mix and match! Fauci said so.
