Have an offer for a BA role at McKinsey, but really enjoy the work and team I’m with at my current firm (tier 2). I don’t plan on leaving consulting for the next couple of years and worry that if I stay at my current firm I’ll miss out on the exit opps McKinsey could offer. WLB is also important to me and something I have at my current firm, so would be giving that up as well. What advice do you have when it comes to switching firms just for the brand?

I am getting an offer for Saviynt as a Technical Account Manager in their professional services team ( similar role as PwC minus sales part). They are offering $167k + upto 15% bonus+ 1500 stock options. Is it worth the move ?

I accepted an offer 4 months ago at a tech company. I asked for a very low salary at the time since I didn’t know the market in such a niche sector (VR) and now im getting new potential offers every week on LinkedIn that pay 30-90% more than my current salary. None of those offers are official yet but I’m thinking if I should still ask for a salary increase in my current job, since I feel used for asking a low salary at the time.
