I received an offer for senior manager position in PWC .

Can you please let me know about the health insurance coverage amount ( senior manager position ) as it is not mentioned in offer letter.

Does anyone have good experience with insurance bought for parents? Specifically asking if someone has had to use it.

I have 1 YOE out of college at a boutique doing mainly pricing and market access work. Would it make sense to move laterally to ZS pipeline & launch strategy practice for the bigger name, broader project scope, and slightly higher pay? So, I’m at a bit of a crossroads. I love my job, and have a standing offer for about $60k above what I’m making now, plus bonus and better health insurance. I hear we aren’t supposed to bring this up.

Insurance Defense Associate new to group. Just finished first year on the defense side after 6 years on the Plaintiff side, joined 3 weeks before lockdown. WFH with 6 and 2 year old. While billing 2k in a year with kids at home all day is nuts, you will not get better balance in a small pltff firm. Small firm partners are allergic to WFH, and can't afford to be flexible with when an associate gets to their work. The support of a larger firm is what has kept me alive this past year.

My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? Having a hard time staying motivated through the application process. I know conceptually it’ll be worth it to go to the schools I want to go to but it’s so far away that it doesn’t feel real.

How did you guys stay motivated? For those that have already started your MBA program, what’s something that I might be able to look forward to that might keep me excited/motivated?

What is the trick to developing a new habit? I had to change up my nighttime routine back in may and I still hate it/have to force myself to do all the steps so I don't deal with the negative results for a week.
