Why am I not getting interviews? I have 13+ YOE supporting three executives simultaneously. I feel good about my resume reflecting my experience/skills, I also tailor my resume to each job posting. I’ve been looking for work since April and I’ve gotten maybe three recruiter calls and that’s it.
