Hi fishes i gave an infosys interview on 12 Nov 2022 for the role system engineer with 1.7 YOE and interview was easy answered confidetly. My CCTC: 8 LPA and ECTC : 10 LPA( INFOSYS) will Infosys pay ECTC for my 1.7 YOE.

I'm lucky I landed C jobs at BCG and Bain in Doha. Please, I need your opinion on the below

1.BCG is T1 in the region while Bain doesn't seem so. Do you confirm? And the trend?

2.Interviews/negotiations went great with Bain vs BCG more acrimonious. Does my experience reflect structural cultural differences (pressure, up or out, cutthroat)?

3.What about transfers to the US-EU?

Your personal opinion: would you prioritize BCG T1 status over Bain "friendly culture"?

Got the confirmation email from Seyfarth that I didnt get selected for the second round. Any prediction for h1b FY22 look like? In 08, there wasnt enough applicants so anyone that applied would get it. I personally dont think I will be the case next year. Just my opinion. That thought doesnt have any proof though lol. I did my final round with McKinsey today, and I I received a rejection call from the partner today. However, he said I did really great and wants to keep in touch with me. I have given interview at two organization in parallel. My expected ctc was same for both the companies. Now I have recieved offer letter from one organization(say A) and it's under processing in company B.

Since I have received one offer letter, should I go back to company B and inform them as my ECTC has now been increased.

But initially, I had no offer so I have given same CTC expectations.
