I've been working as a scrum master/ agile coach for the last 4 years and I can't seem to find a position for a PM/PO for lack of experience that's usually the reason I'm given, but I was coaching teams to become Product owners, I teach product management at university and I even made a portfolio of products I launched over the years, I'm only applying to one City in north France. I feel like a loser :( it got me thinking did I chose the wrong path for my career by becoming a scrum master.

Has anyone worked with a PM who is really bad at execution? I am dealing with someone who doesn't know how to execute effectively and turns most things into political games. It is causing a lot of grief for my engineering team and I'd love some suggestions for how to handle this.
