A3 what department are you in??

I think it depends where you're aligned. I'm getting paid in the lower spectrum of people in my position/skill level at Accenture (in the lower 5%). I've been there 5+ years and I've gotten a raise once at 3% and no bonus. I'm ranked significant above every year. I also get emails about my under utilization at 80% while people get so called 'benched' for weeks or utilized at 4% without issue. Oh and I was an acquired company so that could be it.

@A1 I'm in the department that gets the shit end of the stick :)

They changed the whole performance achievement model so hate to use this answer but it depends...talk to your CC

Agreed with above. Back when I started in March a few years back, I got a 2% raise and 4% bonus - that's without a rating of course. Years subsequent have been great though

You'll still get your performance bonus, just prorated. Any pay raises depend on your performance, budget, merit, etc as per usual.

FWIW, I joined last February and got an EOY raise without promotion, as well as an additional raise kicked to me by my practice, on their perception of my merit.

In my department only about quarter to half of us got raises last year. It was a joke. And that was being rated at significantly above.

I joined in February of last year and received a pro-rated performance bonus and 8% raise.

Please vote for which you’d realistically / actually want (and why). Context is mid-30s for me, FYI. Either a) $800k total comp, but work 70-80 hrs a week and content / work you genuinely don’t care about, b) $500k and work you care about / want to do long term but still working ~70 hrs/wk, c) $300-350k work you care about and want to do long term, working 25-40 hrs/wk (so plenty of time for other hobbies, fam, etc). In all 3 (a,b,c) you’re not allowed to have another income stream / side gig.

Any news on more companies moving into DFW from other parts of the country? Of course Plano is a hot spot.

Plan on moving to Dallas Texas next year. Currently with Deloitte MTS team and will be a senior at that time. Im wondering how the culture of the office is there? Also, how is the culture of the other firms. Im not opposed to moving firms. Just finished working three 80 hour weeks, so that would be a big plus to find a team where that is not expected on a regular basis!
