Joined current company right out of college almost 9 years ago as an analyst and worked my way up to Senior Manager. Looking to make a career move and need a new resume template. Any suggestions?

Verbally accepted a position that is ultimately a lateral move to industry for around 10% increase in total comp (4YOE) to help get more specific skills and experience on my resume, but ultimately giving up a manager promotion by leaving now instead of 1-2 years from now.

Was a very difficult decision and I’m still not even sure it was the right one given I can’t tell the future.

I’m looking to leave and go into an Internal audit position within industry. But It’s been 4+ years since I’ve interviewed for a job. Any tricks and or recommendations

What is the interview process for QA Automation canddidate for 6.6 YOE

Do you look desperate if you apply to several jobs within the same company? I was recently rejected for a job I REALLY wanted at a well known tech company. And after interviewing there and studying up on the company, I just really want to work there. The positions I'm applying for are definitely still within my wheelhouse. But will I just look too desperate to their in-house talent team to be considered?

I made it to the second round of a freelance job but when I let the recruiter know that the interview went well and to keep me posted on any next steps she never got back to me. I emailed her twice after that and still no response but she has been active on LinkedIn. Should I just assume I don’t have the job? Usually all my recruiters keep me posted or tell me whether or not I’m still in the running or if they’ve heard anything so this is very strange to me.

Last Wednesday 8/3, I had my final interview with oracle. They are hiring 2 people for role and the hiring manager stated she had more interviews next week and was looking to make a decision by the end of the next week but didn’t specify I’d hear back at the end of next week. It’s now Friday 8/12, is it okay to reach out to the recruiter today for follow up or should I wait until Monday?

I have history of depression, anxiety and chronic pain. PO of 2 years, switched to a new line of business 6m ago. Love the clients, love my team but I’m starting to despise my PM. They were promoted from PO & it has been an off and on struggle for the last year.

The PM refuses to invite me to meetings with stakeholders/withholds information, micromanages my work & throws in injects without discussing them, doesn’t define features but says they’re ready for dev.

I talked to the PM about the communication breakdown, no luck.

Any advice?

Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles.
