I’ve accepted a offer from USDC and submitted my background investigation 3 weeks+ ago and haven’t heard anything from them. Do they usually reach out after it’s cleared or do I just assume everything is ok?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).

Let me know if anyone has extended their joining date in HCL recently. Actually my reliving date in current organisation is 1 week after the joining date mentioned in offer letter. HR doesn't respond. In Discover HCL portal in onboarding form, we have upload a extension letter in this case. Has anybody done it recently. If yes, then please do connect.
