Joined new team in and benched for the first month.

Now we have a project kicking off - been told there’s no role for me. Instead I’ll be shipped out to an alternative offering as staff aug. Despite team still hiring. Management being vague (‘we’ll see’) when I question them on plan for me, but everyone else has had schedule populated. Also left out of some team catch ups.

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

How's the job security at Accenture as such? I know that last year, they sacked people ruthlessly and now are facing a resource crunch. Also that they mandatorily place poor performers in PIP.

I know that the memo rescinding DACA was ultimately vacated—but OC is unsure whether this would count as voluntary unemployment for child support purposes. I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around.
