What’s the procedure to apply PTOs ?

EY 🐠 - potentially starting with the firm soon, and my partner is due to have our first in April. Given the 1 year service requirement for leave, would I have the option to take PTO during birth and use parental leave after my 1 year of service? Appreciate any guidance here

Ok, so how bad are the side effects from IVF stim injections and the aftermath from retrieval? Thinking to use some sick or vacation days for the worst times but not sure how many and when.

Can’t decide on a job offer. Currently employed and have been wanting to do something different. The other job offer is pretty much what I make now but I’d be losing on a lot of PTO. I have Joined GDS in July 2022 for banglore office, my home town is in Andhra Pradesh, as of now all my team members are working from home.

In my offer letter relocation assistance is mentioned as supposed to be utilised in first 2 months, but there is no business need of relocating at this point of time, will they provide relocation if I relocate at later date.

Everyone is an architect today. Even a sales Person is an Architect. PM with 0 knowledge in any technology, programming knowledge, and integration is also a solution architect.

Companies recruting 6-10 years folks and asking them to know everything and work as Architect. Strange!
