Try to be as proactive as possible (i.e. take ownership of tasks and ensure they are done properly). This will become easier with time. Some people try to do the minimum possible and it shows quickly, don't be them.

Congratulations :) ! Presuming its a move from Industry to Big 4 Operations controls audit and analytics its all the same but Big4 have their packaging different 😂 My 2cents - Never let anyone play around with your confidence & the value that you bring to the table(esp. reportees😝) . All the best !

Your peers at your level already have their network and reputation established at the company. Try and establish yours.

Be confident in your knowledge and experience, own it be vocal, and hit the ground running this helps set the tone. Big 4 college hires are cliquey and condescending to experienced hires.atleast that's mine and a few friends experience

Thanks, I appreciate hearing the other point of view, but is there any advice you would like to add to someone who it seems like you think will add no value to the team?
