The utilization for first years is lower than standard utilization. You'll be fine!
The new hire analytics training is garbage. But go just for the networking and free food, plus you won't have to do any actual work.
They really don't give you the choice, you have to go.
If it's like PwC, you're starting at a good time since we refresh our stats at the end of this month in preparation for FY17. But either way, everyone starts at the bottom from training
Your first year utilization does not matter in the slightest. Go with the flow and don't worry about it. Try to make friends and don't ask questions like that otherwise everyone will think you're a nut bag
