I think most people get down leveled. I just looked at the offer and growth potential and I personally can’t see how you do not become a millionaire if you stay at google throughout your career factoring in refreshes and growth even if it’s slower plus average stock return for google. It’s just a good place to be no regrets.

Don’t know enough about your role to give you an idea. But I would assume if you are coming from either MBB or big 4 consulting and have google on your resume you should be good.
